Communication is an important component of all
jobs. DM works to minimize the impact to homeowners undergoing a large
scale construction project. DM works within the community posting
notices to homeowners, informing the board of progress and project
scheduling. We designate work areas and perform a complete clean up at
the end of each work day. |

Property and construction managers are also involved in the construction
process. They act as a liaison between the community and construction
company. They must be up to speed on a project in order to provide
information to their various outlets. Our managers are given updates on
a consistent basis and receive weekly email reports. |
